We ship both within Australia and internationally, with fast and secure delivery options to ensure your EDER pieces reach you in perfect condition.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Orders Under $250 AUD
    Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $15 AUD
    Delivery time: 3–5 business days
  • Orders Over $250 AUD
    Free Standard Shipping Australia-wide
    Delivery time: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping
    Flat rate of $20 AUD
    Delivery time: 1–3 business days
    All orders are shipped via Australia Post. A signature is required upon delivery, and parcels can be delivered to a home or office address. Please allow extra time for rural or regional areas. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday may experience slight delays due to postal hours.

International Shipping

We ship internationally using DHL Express for fast and reliable service.

  • Zone One (New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, EU): Flat rate of $60 AUD
  • Zone Two (All other international destinations): Flat rate of $90 AUD
    Delivery time: 5–10 business days

Please note: We do not ship to the following countries due to shipping restrictions—Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, North Korea, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea.

Taxes & Duties

International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply upon delivery.

To avoid unexpected charges, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Delivery dates are estimates only—EDER by Anna is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing or third-party carriers.

Returns & Exchanges

At EDER, we create garments designed to be worn, loved, and kept for years to come. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a refund or credit note for return requests made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Sale Items

  • Items marked 50% off or more: Final sale – no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Items discounted less than 50%: Eligible for a credit note only.

Custom Orders

Custom-made garments are made just for you and are not eligible for return, exchange, or promotional discounts. Please confirm all details prior to finalising your order.

Faulty Items

We carefully check every piece before it leaves our studio. If you receive an item that is faulty, incorrectly described, or not as ordered, please contact us immediately at help@ederbyanna.com.

We will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement. Faulty items must be returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase. We will reimburse reasonable documented return shipping costs for items deemed faulty.

We strongly recommend using a trackable delivery method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

If you are requesting an exchange, please write the style name, colour, and size of the replacement item on your invoice. We will contact you to confirm availability and whether additional payment is required before shipping the exchange. Stock availability is not guaranteed.

For faulty items, clearly state the issue on the invoice. Once assessed, we’ll let you know whether your item will be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
