We ship both within Australia and internationally using trusted, fast, and secure delivery services to ensure your EDER pieces arrive safely.
Australia
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. A signature is required upon delivery. Please allow additional time for rural or regional areas. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday may experience slight delays due to postal hours.
International
We ship internationally using DHL Express for reliable and efficient service.
Please note, we do not ship to: Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, North Korea, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo, or Eritrea.
Taxes & Duties
International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or fees applied upon delivery.
To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only—EDER by Anna is not liable for any delays due to customs processing or carrier issues.
Returns & Exchanges
At EDER, we design garments to be worn, loved, and cherished. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns on eligible items for Australian and New Zealand online orders within 14 days of delivery.

How to Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at anna@ederbyanna.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund, credit note, or exchange in line with the conditions above.
We recommend returning items via a trackable method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels.

Faulty Items
We carefully quality check every garment before it leaves our studio. If you receive a faulty, mislabelled, or incorrect item, please contact us at help@ederbyanna.com immediately.
We will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Faulty returns must be made within a reasonable time and include proof of purchase.
If your return is deemed faulty, we’ll reimburse any reasonable, documented return shipping costs.
