Shipping Information

We ship both within Australia and internationally using trusted, fast, and secure delivery services to ensure your EDER pieces arrive safely.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping
    Orders under $250 AUD: Flat rate of $15 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Free Standard Shipping
    Orders over $250 AUD: Free Australia-wide
    Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
  • Express Shipping
    Flat rate of $20 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

All domestic orders are shipped via Australia Post. A signature is required upon delivery. Please allow additional time for rural or regional areas. Orders placed between Friday and Sunday may experience slight delays due to postal hours.

International

We ship internationally using DHL Express for reliable and efficient service.

  • Zone One: New Zealand, USA, UK, Canada, and EU — Flat rate of $60 AUD
  • Zone Two: All other international destinations — Flat rate of $90 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days

Please note, we do not ship to: Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, North Korea, Ivory Coast, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo, or Eritrea.

Taxes & Duties

International customers are responsible for any local customs duties, taxes, or fees applied upon delivery.

To avoid unexpected charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only—EDER by Anna is not liable for any delays due to customs processing or carrier issues.

Returns & Exchanges

At EDER, we design garments to be worn, loved, and cherished. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns on eligible items for Australian and New Zealand online orders within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions may be returned to the customer.
  • Custom-made pieces and items purchased in-store during sale periods are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

Return Eligibility

  • Full-price items may be returned for a refund, credit note, or free size exchange.
  • Sale items (discounted by less than 50%) are eligible for a credit note or free size exchange only.
  • Final Sale items (discounted by 50% or more, or marked as Final Sale) are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, unless the item is faulty.

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at anna@ederbyanna.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund, credit note, or exchange in line with the conditions above.

We recommend returning items via a trackable method, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels.

Faulty Items

We carefully quality check every garment before it leaves our studio. If you receive a faulty, mislabelled, or incorrect item, please contact us at help@ederbyanna.com immediately.

We will meet our obligations under Australian Consumer Law, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Faulty returns must be made within a reasonable time and include proof of purchase.

If your return is deemed faulty, we’ll reimburse any reasonable, documented return shipping costs.
